Miracles of Christianity

Christianity is a religion based on the life of Jesus of Nazareth. It is an Abrahamic, monotheistic religion, and is the largest religion in the world. The followers of Christianity are estimated to number about 2.8 billion. One-third of the global population is a Christian.

There are many miracles that have occurred in the history of mankind. But one of the most amazing is the pouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. This miracle happened because of the work of Jesus and his apostles.

In the Bible, miracles are commonplace. The word “miracle” comes from the Greek words, “mirakos,” which means “feasible.” Historically, there have been many miracles surrounding the ministries of Moses, Elijah, and Elisha.

The etiquette of healing in the Bible involves a degree of humility. The elders of the church are to pray for sick people. However, they are not to prepare their sick members for death. They are to pray that the sick person’s sins will be forgiven.

Another notable miracle was the ascension of Jesus. He ascended into heaven, a logical progression of His triumphant consciousness. After the ascension, the disciples witnessed an awesome sight.

Aside from Jesus’ miraculous ascension, there were other miracles associated with his mission. The gospel was recorded in a variety of languages. During his ministry, apostles performed numerous miracles. Among them, the healing of the lame, blind, and deaf.

Moreover, there are many more miracles that have occurred in the Bible. For example, God blinded a sorcerer for Paul in Acts 13:6-12. Moreover, there were a number of miraculous healings attributed to Stephen.
