Miracle Healing in Christianity

The vast majority of mankind is blind to the truth about Jesus and Christianity. Even many professing Christians have been infected by anti-Christian propaganda in the media and in intellectual circles. This makes it much more difficult for Christians to reach these people than those who have never heard about Jesus. Here are a few reasons why we are ineffective at reaching these people.

First of all, Christianity has no place for idolatry. Idolatry is a universal sin. But Christianity was originally African. It was not abandoned because of idolatry. Those who abandon God’s truth are idolaters. Christians need to confront these evil spirits. We must do this with love and truth, not hate.

Second, Christianity is a religion of healing. Healing is a key part of Christianity, and the sacraments are particularly efficacious. The Catechism says that Jesus tended to the sick during his ministry, and his healing power continues in the sacraments. The Eucharist is a symbol of Christ’s presence, and it is the bread of life, which gives eternal life.

The Church also recognizes the right of elders to pray and anoint people with oil. This right is the origin of the sacrament of anointing the sick. In the book of James, it says that a faith-filled prayer from a priest will heal a sick person. This healing is associated with salvation and bodily resurrection.
