Christianity is a monotheistic Abrahamic religion based on the life of Jesus of Nazareth. It has 2.38 billion followers worldwide. This number represents one-third of the world’s population.

Christians believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine equipment given to His followers. In addition to healing, spiritual favors also include increasing knowledge, wisdom, and righteousness. These favors are best achieved through prayer and worship.

The Bible teaches that Satan, or the devil, is a spirit that has been enslaved to evil. Fortunately, believers can set the demonic spirits free through the word of God.

The first 1000 years of the church were characterized by constant confrontation with the demonic. During this time, apostles and elders were appointed to lead the local churches. They also traveled throughout the world, proclaiming the gospel.

One of the most striking miracles in the New Testament occurred on the day of Pentecost. On this day, Jesus poured out the Holy Spirit. During this time, the gifts of healing were distributed to both believers and unbelievers.

Peter was among those who had the gift of healing. He was able to heal anyone with disease. When he touched the sick, the person’s body was healed.

The apostles’ power to heal demons was a gift from Jesus. Their authority was limited until the day of crucifixion. However, on the day of Pentecost, they were given the full authority of Jesus.

After Christi’s resurrection, the apostles formed the early church. The apostles commanded everyone to use the name of Jesus in their work. As a result, a believer’s name has everything to do with his relationship to Jesus and his legal standing.
