What is the meaning of baptism? What is Christian faith? It is the belief in the person of Jesus Christ, who became the savior of the world. Baptism is a requirement of salvation. In the New Testament, we see the importance of baptism. Peter told the multitude on the Day of Pentecost how to receive salvation: repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Once baptized, the Holy Spirit is given. The Apostle Paul is recorded as having been led to Christ by Ananias. He was baptized in Christ’s name, and called on Christ’s name.

The apostles were known to have the power to heal people. They performed miracles and cast out demons. Paul also had the power to do miracles. His apostles had the power to perform exorcisms. They had the power to heal anyone in need. They could also cast out all kinds of illnesses and disease. These are just some examples of miracles that are associated with Christian faith. The first commandment of Christianity is to love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus’ miracles – raising the dead, casting out demons, healing the sick, and walking on water – are evidence that he is the Son of God.
