What Is Christianity?

Christianity is a religion that teaches that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died on the cross to save people from sin. They believe that he was resurrected three days later and will return to earth again in what is known as the Second Coming.

Casting Out Demons

Christians believe that satan or evil spirits are real and can come to people to attack their minds, bodies, relationships or their property. These demons can be cast out of a person through prayer and faith.

Healing The Sick

Christians also believe that it is their duty to pray for and heal people who are sick. Usually this is done by elders who lay hands on the person and pray over them. This is done to demonstrate their belief in the power of God and His ability to heal the sick.

Miracle Healing

Christianity also teaches that healing is important for the glory of God. This is demonstrated when Jesus healed Lazarus from the grave and raised him back to life.

This is done through prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit. The church also uses a special ceremony to anoint people who are ill or in need of healing. This involves anointing a person with oil and then praying over them. The ceremony can be performed in many different churches around the world. It is a very powerful and sacred event. It is something that should not be underestimated and should not be rushed.
