THOSE IN DARKNESS – COME OUT!!! | TB Joshua Prayer For Viewers

Priority 1 – The Kingdom of God

Jesus encouraged His disciples not to worry. He told them that if they put His kingdom and righteousness first that He would provide all that they needed.

Don’t Be A Jerk: Discovering What It Means to Reprove, Rebuke, and Exhort

What does it mean to “reprove, rebuke, and exhort”? How have we warped this concept in our application of Christianity today?

Identified As Worthy, Approved By God

Many feel like this: “Why am I such a failure?” “What is wrong with me that my parent(s) left me?” “How could my parent(s) expect so much of me and make me feel bad for not achieving what they wanted me to achieve?” “Why am I the black sheep?” “What must I do to be loved like my sibling?” “How do I create closeness in my relationship with my parent(s) when they are always distant to me?” “Why don’t they give me eye contact?” This article considers our innate worthiness in Christ.

The War Is On

How will the Lord thwart Satan’s strategy of distracting the end-time saints? Surely we have never been bombarded with so many things that distract, detach, and debauch today’s Church. In a time where we have more mechanical and electronic aids to assist us with our tasks, work, and pleasure, one would think life would be easy. Yet the fact that each of these aids must be maintained, repaired, protected and cared for has quadrupled our distractions and often our frustrations.

The Door Has Been Opened

Our Lord has promised to us the door of fellowship and communion with Him. It is His desire that this be the first and primary door that we choose every morning. Before we turn on the computer, or read the paper, or even begin to listen to the incessant suggestions of an un-renewed mind. Let us learn first to discern the presence of the Lord standing at our door and run to open it with beating heart and passionate love for His presence.

Tickled Pink: Do You Like to Have Your Ears Tickled?

How can we experience real change? Why is it necessary to be uncomfortable? Too often we take the easy way out and we shorten our experience of greatness and the amazing relationship God desires to have with us.

Ezekiel 34 – The Only True Shepherd

God, the True Shepherd, seeks out his sheep. And we may proudly declare we are not sheep; that we are more worthy than sheep. But in truth, we are more sheeplike, and God more our Divine Shepherd, than we could ever vindicate in the reality of our thoughts. The nature of God’s shepherding work is comprehensive as it is perfect.

As They Say, “Do the Crime, Do the Time”

Take a speeding fine: we get trapped by the speed camera and a little time later we receive the traffic infringement. We are livid. For many reasons we are frustrated and angry. It might be like burning legal tender. What a waste of money. But we don’t see another reality: God’s reminder to slowdown. We don’t see the reality of that toddler on their tricycle that wasn’t there that day to be hit by the one-ton (or more) missile we were driving. It’s much better to get a speeding fine than to kill an innocent child.

Not Without Pain, But Without Stain

Armed with salvation in Jesus’ name, we are graced with the divine wherewithal to endure all tribulations, not without pain, but without stain. The end for the believer is glorification, with Jesus, in God, in Heaven.

Finding the Way Through to Rest

God is the only Rest there is. When we seek him in our shadowy valleys – the darkest places of pitch dark – there we will find him.

A Continuing Sabbath For God’s People

A Sabbath is a day of rest from all of your labor. God gave the Ten Commandments to Moses to give to the people and in it the Sabbath day is mention with instructions; it read in Exodus 20: 8-11 remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it. There was nothing wrong with the Ten Commandments; except that man could not keep it and that is why they had to offer scarifies for their sins.

Boukman Dutty – The Revolutionary Priest

Exploring further the misunderstood culture of voodoo, this article focuses upon Boukman Dutty, a key figure in our society and is considered by most to be the single most important person involved in the Haitian revolution against the French. In fact, since his death he has become one of Voodoo’s famed Ioa; the guiding spirits.
